Our family will always be grateful for the incredible care the team at this assisted living community provided to my grandma. From the very first day, we felt welcomed, supported, and reassured that she was in the best possible hands. The staff consistently went above and beyond anything we could have ever asked for. They treated her with genuine kindness, patience, and respect—never making her feel like just another resident, but truly like family. She was so well loved by all of the staff, and it showed in the way they took care of her every single day. Whether it was helping her with daily tasks, making sure she was comfortable, or simply spending time talking and listening to her stories, their compassion was evident in everything they did. Amanda, the director, was especially wonderful. She was always making sure that if we had any concerns, they were addressed and taken care of immediately. Her attentiveness and leadership gave us so much confidence and peace of mind, knowing our grandma’s well-being was truly a top priority. Communication with our family was also exceptional. We were always kept informed and felt included in her care. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed quickly and thoughtfully. Most importantly, my grandma was happy. She felt safe, cared for, and truly taken care of. Seeing her smile and knowing she was surrounded by such dedicated and loving professionals meant more to us than words can express. If you are looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with dignity, warmth, and exceptional care, I wholeheartedly recommend this community. The care my grandma received was truly more than we could have ever hoped for.

Having just moved here I find the staff more personable and helpful. And the variety of activities are really good. Update - Having been here a month, I have found that a person needs to watch what they say as some people have very thin skins and take everything as though it is a personal attack.

I cant say enough AMAZING things about the staff at Rosemore Village assisted living facility. Amanda the director is FANTASTIC! My mom has been at Rosemore Village for the past 4 months and the staff has taken excellent care of my mom! Amanda and staff are great with family communication and keeping me updated with how my mom is doing. My mom shared with me that the residents are friendly and the staff is very caring. My mom really enjoys the activities for the residents! They play card games, have social events and do activities to promote gross motor and fine motor skills. My mom also enjoys the food! She has described it as home cooked meals. I can't thank the staff enough for taking such great care of my mom! I know she is safe everyday and in good hands!
