Great family company!The owner and her family truly care about the residents and work hard to create a home like atmosphere where they feel comfortable and cared for. If you’re looking for an assisted living facility where residents are treated with compassion and dignity, I would definitely recommend Aliviya Manor.

There is a reason it has won so many awards!I love the ratio of caregivers to residents here! Their max capacity is 8 residents so the ratio will always be reasonable. Wendy the owner is so knowledgeable and helpful! And Alyssa is really down to earth and really cares for the residents. And it always is clean and fresh smelling when I walk in the door! Other places I have been smell like a diaper pail!

My sister and I have been caring for mom in her home for years along with the help of lovely caregivers. As her memory and vision declined, we began to tour several facilities for mom. We could not bring ourselves to take her to an institutional setting unless absolutely necessary. Then we found Aliviya Rose Manor. The residential home environment is very similar to mom's own home. It's a beautiful property that's inviting and welcoming. The owners strive to personalize care for each resident's need. The staff are wonderful. The residents we spoke with were complementary of the owner's whom the said, "take good care of us". We are relieved that we found this amazing alternative for mom's care.
