Mountainside of Warm Springs

I only gave this five stars so that someone would read this. It really doesn’t deserve any stars. Trying to get someone to call you back from there is ridiculous. No one ever returned your calls. I have the manager, cell phone number and have text her and called her. Still no reply. My brother was a patient there. He unfortunately passed away in February of this year. I won’t go into details. However, upon picking up his stuff, I was told that I would be getting a refund for when he was moved into Hospice House. I have reached out several times regarding this, and no one has called me back from the facility. Again, I will not go into details. I will never use this facility again for any member of my family. Not only because I can’t get a hold of anyone, but for several other reasons. If management At Roosevelt LLCis reading this, please Let me know how to get in touch with you. 4/29/2026. Still no response of how to get in touch with anyone at Roosevelt LLC. 5/20/2026. Still nothing.

Thank you Mountainside of Warm Springs for the care my beautiful Mother-in-law is receiving. The staff is professional and friendly. They keep their residents busy with activities. The residents are well cared for. The food is awesome. We're grateful for all you do for our precious family member. May God bless each of you!!

My boys and I love volunteering at Mountainside of Warm Springs for special events. We absolutely love every single one of the residents! Always such warm, welcoming environment. The staff is so friendly and the management is absolutely wonderful!

My mother is extremely happy at Mountainside. She has been here two years. She/we could not be more pleased. The staff is very caring and attentive to their residents. Food is good and the place is clean. She loves it here.
