I don’t even know where to start. When we moved in, we paid first and last when we decided to leave, we gave them a months notice and that would be using our last month which we paid in advance for the rent for that month. No one ever came to the door or requested any other money or sent us any paperwork stating that that wasn’t acceptable. Then they tried to send us to a collection agency for that month after I provided receipt receipts showing that we had paid that month when we moved in. I had it removed from our credit report. While we lived there, there was many many unresolved issues with maintenance air conditioning the walls which were crumbling and soft. You could almost put your hand through the wall where the air conditioner was because it leaked, neighbors who didn’t belong there, who could not possibly have been approved through regular channels, who were not of the stated age and who caused trouble constantly. We had our car broken into twice while we were there. They seem to not care about anything except getting your money and getting it on time. The late fees were outrageous as some people did not get their checks until the second or third week in the month. I understand from some former friends who also left that it had gotten way worse after we left, I would definitely look into it more carefully before I paid $1000 For an apartment the size of a large bathroom that was in mediocre condition with a lot of maintenance and other issues.

Used to be a relatively nice community. No community anymore. Management cares about their investors. Still waiting for a tree to be removed from the roof post Milton. Instead, they will probably let it crush 2 homes, and try to pay off cheaply. Cannot get homeowners insurance because of non service by the park. Capitalism at its finest.... protecting the wealthy.

My mother has been living there for over 5 years. The termites got so bad this year her furniture and appliances were damaged by them. Management refused to take any real action, so needed to get code enforcement involved. Instead of working to fix the problem the refused to renew my mother's lease in retaliation. My mother has been a faithful tenant, a tenant who paid her rent a month in advance for their whole stay there and this is how she was treated. The park is neglected, full of duck feces, the roads have pot holes and the guard is never there most of the time. The whole photo montage on the Google search is out dated and should count as false advertisement. Maybe few calls to the health department and code enforcement force these people to act.

This place you eat, sleep, bath with roaches, aunts and spiders. Extermination is done one a month maybe. Grass is never maintained is growing everyday more and they find nothing wrong with that. I had been to my Dr so Many times do to spiders bite. They get on your bed. Think about moving here. All they like is your rent money.

I have lived here for 7 years. My apartment has had leaks from Day 1 and the walls are so wet that holes have formed. Instead of finding the leak, they patched the WET drywall! And where there is water, there's also mold. The place has been going downhill for a long time but the rent was only being raised by a small amount and not every year. But the new owners and managers have taken away all of the amenities and have raised the rent so that it now exceeds my month's income. I am a disabled, elderly lady and will soon be *homeless* because of multiple huge rent increases. Don't put your grandparents here, unless you hate them.
