Rockwood South Hill is a 90-acre nonprofit Life Plan community in Spokane offering independent living in Forest Estates homes and apartments at The Summit and The Ridge, plus assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing. For over 65 years, the community has provided person-centered senior living with amenities including multiple restaurants, fitness center, salon & spa, and extensive activities.

The staff here are absolutely amazing—always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything. They really go the extra mile to make everyone feel comfortable and well cared for. The variety of activities is incredible, offering something for everyone, from fitness classes to social events, keeping residents engaged and active. The entire community is beautifully maintained and always spotlessly clean. It’s clear they take great pride in making this a welcoming and enjoyable place for all residents. I love to visit my parents here!

The food needs improvement. Everytime I come to visit my mom for dinner, food is disgusting and overpriced. Small portions, over cooked meat and burnt toast tonigt. Last month my lasagna was still frozen inside.
