Riverview Retirement Community is a 35-acre continuing care retirement community in Spokane, WA, founded in 1959, offering independent living homes, condos, and apartments, plus assisted living and memory care services. As a non-profit Life Plan Community affiliated with Lutheran churches, it provides comprehensive senior living options with priority access to additional services as needs change.

Village Homes
1000 sq ft. Independent homes with private garage, in-home laundry, and patio. Most offer two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths, and one-car garage. Select floor plans include two full bathrooms, dens, larger kitchens, and two-car garages.
The Heights Apartments
Four-story apartment community with 82 residences featuring in-home laundry and many with river views. Centralized living above shared spaces including restaurant, lounge, auditorium, and game room.
The Crest Condominiums
Three-story luxury condominium building with 31 exclusive residences, each featuring private balcony, private garage, and most with Spokane River views. Includes rooftop bar.

Moved the Mother In Law to Riverview today. Homey room, comfortable quarters. She’s already impressed with the food & the Chef. I think she’s going to like it there. She’s already talking about using the pool & how amazing the work out room is. This is the first day since her fall that she made it to the dining room. Very welcoming staff.
