The Heights Apartments
Four-story apartment community with 82 thoughtfully designed residences. In-home laundry, many with river views. Centralized living above shared spaces including restaurant, lounge, auditorium, game room.
The Crest Condominiums
Three-story luxury condominium building with 31 exclusive residences. Private balcony, private garage, most with Spokane River views. Rooftop bar included.
Terrace Apartments
Assisted living apartments with cooking and cleaning services included, certified medical support and assisted living services.
Veranda Rooms
State-of-the-art memory care facility with mental, physical, and social engagement activities.

Moved the Mother In Law to Riverview today. Homey room, comfortable quarters. She’s already impressed with the food & the Chef. I think she’s going to like it there. She’s already talking about using the pool & how amazing the work out room is. This is the first day since her fall that she made it to the dining room. Very welcoming staff.
