RINCON ASSISTED LIVING

I am very disappointed on how the care of the residents is. I live 2 blocks from the residence. I met a woman who s n there care. She has really bad feet. I've bought her 2 pairs of sneakers and they disappeared. She s wearing a pair of boots that have given her blisters. Her casemanager is supposedly buying her new shoes. It's been over a month that she was told she was getting new sneakers. Also she has had multiple urinary infections and kidney infections. She's always put on antibiotics and they aren't working. She also needs a shower daily that she s not getting. I'm very disappointed with the care she is receiving there. They could do a much better job. Also she gets dropped off at urgent care with no ride home. Multiple times I've picked her up from the doctor.

New management has my client loving this place! It is amazing🥰❤️ to hear him say “I finally feel safe!” I am beyond grateful for the Elms because of the safe space and care it provides.
