I just wanted to say of how nice and caring this place used to be I was just into see my mom I don't get into town that much a lot of changes since my last visit first of all ware is all the staff kinda makes me very concerned how can our families be cared for what you are so short staffed then I asked a med tech a question and she just said I don't know I asked ware was John the day shift med tech that works over the weekend all she stated was he got fired I said what? there is no way John got fired a very respectful man that has a beautiful family a business owner and loves all of our residents with all his heart who served in the Marine corps for 8 years who was respected by all the families here with our loved one's something is definitely going on wrong around here makes me very worried about the care and safety of our families

Trustwell at Ridgeview is a really lovely community. The staff are happy and the residents are well taken care of here. Travis is a fantastic representative. He and the other staff really care about the folks who live here.

Ridgeview place is like no other. Friendly, caring, and so professional. Melissa in Memory Care is so amazing with all the residents. Jason the chef continues to make sure the residents requests are meet. This community is a true forever home .
