Vinny! Vinny! Vinny!! Truly a rockstar when it comes to dedication and customer service. The entire team at Kings Preserve at Kingwood is absolutely EXCELLENT. So much so, my grandmother and my aunt are now residents!! From start to finish, they made my grandmother feel genuinely welcomed and cared for in her new home. Thank you for your commitment to excellence β you made this transition feel like a family affair, and we are so grateful. π¦

I have been very happy living here. Our staff is very nice. There is a young man, Vinny at our front desk who is very helpful. It is refreshing to see a young person who knows how to deal with us senior people.

Kings Preserve at Kingwood is such a quiet and peaceful community β itβs truly a hidden gem! The staff here is always friendly and helpful, and you can tell they really care about the residents. Angie, the new property manager, has been doing an amazing job! You can see the positive changes and the pride she takes in keeping the property beautiful and well-run.

My Mamaw has been living here for past two months on the Assisted Living side and her stay has been absolutely incredible! The staff here is amazingly kind. She loves the food, activities & her social time. They keep her room impeccable and have an invaluable routine. I have not had to worry about anything concerning my Mamaw, which is such a blessing. God led us to an awesome place and for that, we are truly grateful! Would highly recommend for seniors wanting to live a great retirement life.

My grandmother stayed here for about 2 years on the assisted-living side. I am grateful for the management, especially Jackie. I felt as if they truly cared about her. They stayed in contact with me any time there was a medical issue. My grandmother really enjoyed the events schedule. My family would eat with granny periodically. Everyone enjoyed the food, including my picky kids.
