We only moved my dad in just over a week ago, truthfully I was a little worried with the reviews on here but they have done nothing but treat him with love and respect! Helping him with all his ADL's Still trying to figure out a schedule for a couple things but I have faith that will work out! My dad was afraid to move but he really likes it there! I'm very pleased we found this new home for him.

My daughter was recently a resident and when Covid hit I printed up a sign for her door asking everyone to wear a mask and wash hand before entering, because resident was immune depressed. The sign was never placed on her door. The staff continued to come in without masks or gloves. She ended up with covid. The staff continued to come in without protection when she was an active covid case. We reported it several times. When she went to the hospital, I requested her room to be cleaned and sanitized. I brought her back to a dirty room which I had to clean myself before I felt it safe to leave her there. She wanted to have her cat so I paid the $300 deposit and brought the cat. The second night the cat was howling so I came over in the middle of the night to remove the cat. I asked the next day if I could get the $300 back as the cat was there 1 1/2 days. The manager said yes. My daughter passed away from the complications following covid and I asked if the $300 would be reimbursed, I was told no. refunds were never refunded. I went into two other rooms during the time my daughter was there and was saddened to see the mess they have people live in. I will never forgive myself for letting my daughter talk me into letting her move there.

Food quality well below average, if you don't believe ask the other residents. Communication between employees and management our almost nonexistent. Employees not properly trained. I could list much more. Apparently the owner doesn't care either. Three plus years nothing has changed.

When choosing a retirement facility, please be aware that there is much here that has happened to the residents, that has not been reported. One case had even resulted in a death. Please be very aware when considering this facility.
