This place is where you send loved ones to deteriorate and die. Management changes and staff turnover have steadily perpetuated the decline of care and attentiveness towards the residents. Assisted living, not at all. Good luck getting any assistance with daily needs. Memory care, pray that your memory is nonexistent so that you don’t remember how terribly you are treated. I wouldn’t trust my pet goldfish to make it a week here.

It is a privilege to share my appreciation for Natasha Narain, whose care and compassion have made a lasting difference for my mother during her time in Memory Care. From the very beginning—just the second day after my mom moved in—Natasha demonstrated an extraordinary level of kindness and attentiveness. She graciously shared her personal cell phone number with me, offering reassurance that I could reach out if I ever had questions or concerns. That simple gesture spoke volumes about her dedication and the genuine care she has for the residents and their families. More than a year later, Natasha continues to exemplify what it means to be a truly compassionate Med Tech. She treats each resident with patience, dignity, and warmth, and it is clear that she views her work not simply as a job, but as a calling. Watching the way she interacts with residents in Memory Care—always gentle, attentive, and respectful—brings tremendous comfort to families like mine who trust others to care for someone we love so deeply. Natasha’s consistent compassion, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond do not go unnoticed. She is a tremendous asset to the memory care team, and our family is deeply grateful for the kindness and dedication she continues to show my mother and the entire community.
