One of the standout features of Deer Creek that really got me that is its exceptional events program. The executive director and activities team clearly puts a lot of thought and effort into creating engaging and enjoyable experiences. From the delightful dog parades that bring smiles to everyone's faces to the live concerts that fill the air with music, there's always something to look forward to.

The executive director is not a good leader of her staff. The staff members seem to make up their own policies to fit their agenda. The sales and marketing guy promises you the world but does not deliver. They showed us awards for the best facility of its kind in Indiana. BUT the awards were from 10 YEARS ago... The receptionist, Gigi, is the greatest! She should be moved up to executive director.

I highly recommend Residences at Deer Creek for anyone requiring assisted living. The facility itself is always clean, warm and inviting. The staff is very kind, knowledgeable and professional. There is 24/7 nursing staff on site, along with aids to care for the residents. Everyone from the Marketing/Sales Office to the Business Office has also been very helpful to myself and our family ensuring that all of our needs have been met. My mom is currently a resident at Deer Creek, and is loving cared for by the staff. The amenities are amazing, including the individual apartments, the dining room and the delicious food, the bistro, the exercise room, and the beauty salon just to name a few. There are always wonderful activities going on for both residents and family members. This is the only facility that I would consider if you are looking for assisted living for yourself or a loved one. An amazing, caring and loving home that does not disappoint.
