This is an excellent facility! The staff and workers are very friendly, efficient and caring. They go above and beyond. It’s only an 8 bed facility, so there’s more one on one interaction. It’s always clean and well maintained.

We knew the moment we walked in to tour the facility that it would be the right place. It was calming and comfortable. It was very Home like. They made our mother feel very welcomed and treated her like family. Which I think made the transition so much easier. The staff there cares about each of their patients and spends time getting to know them and their families. They kept us informed and worked very well with the hospice team.

Words cannot express how wonderful this place is. Had a horrible experience at a different facility where staffing was absolutely horrendous. The other facility was very uncaring . I moved my father to Renaissance in April of this year. Sheila, the owner, and also an RN is absolutely wonderful. She runs a real tight ship. The entire staff was so caring and so kind to my 93 year old father. They showed him so much respect. He had dementia and they would just sit with him when he became anxious and talk with him. All of the food is homemade. Prepared right before the residents would eat. The place is immaculately clean. The rooms are cozy and all the linens, etc. are included. They took over doing my dad‘s wash which took a big burden off of me. I felt so relieved to know that my dad was finally being taken care of the way he should have been and deserved to be. If anyone is looking for a place for their loved one, please tour. I wish I would’ve taken my dad to this facility first. It is an eight bed unit and absolutely wonderful. Sheila will help you with all of the paperwork. She submitted my dad’s insurance papers and followed up with me almost daily. Excellent communication. Absolutely loved everyone that worked there and took care of my dad.

Renaissance was an answer to my prayers!!! Mom's memory started to decline in 2021 and we moved her into Memory Care at another facility. The year she was there the medical staff and building management turned over 3 times and the quality of her care was not good. There were also several med errors that happened frequently. I visited Mom at least once a day but most days twice to make sure she was being taken care of. At a time when my energy should have been spent on caring for and loving my Mom I was constantly stressed and worried about her day to day well being! I am so grateful that we found Renaissance last year. Although Mom needed a lot of 1 on 1 care they welcomed her in like family. I could finally relax knowing Mom was being taken care of the way I wanted her to be cared for. She was treated with respect and kindness and with dignity. Renaissance is a wonderful place! When you walk in you feel like you are in a home. People are watching TV together, playing games, doing crafts, there are home cooked meals and snacks, the staff are welcoming to family members, and the residents are treated so special. As Mom's health declined the staff and other residents were so wonderful to her and she was allowed to pass with dignity surrounded by love and kindness. I will be forever grateful for Sheilia and her amazing staff at Renaissance!

I have a loved one here, I was told right off the bat this is not your “normal place”…thank GOD it’s not! She has been there 2 months it is AMAZING! Everyone is so warm and friendly, you get to know each worker and resident. Home cooked meals, relaxed hanging out watching movies and tv together, cooking/baking together just good old fashion camaraderie and one on one care. Having dealt with Heritage and St.Camillus before this it’s the biggest relief I found Renaissance. It’s a shame I didn’t find them right away. Sheila is an angel and her staff are the greatest I have seen…it’s small and the way a place should be.
