I would like to share my experience with Kiowa Hills. At first, I was really set on not brining my family member to Kiowa as the google reviews where not the best. However, I was very welcome by the girl who works the front desk and greeted very respectfully with a smile. As I walked in the building, I had already felt comfortable from the welcoming greet from the young lady. As I toured the facility a few staff members really stood out to me so much and I felt that my family member would receive the best care here. Yes, the building is older however I was still so pleased by how friendly and greeting the staff where. Needless to say, my family member admitted to Kiowa, and I was very pleased with the care they received I will have to be honest there where a few hick ups however once addressed I seen improvement so quick. Unfortunately, my family member lost their battle to cancer and passed away. But I just want to give a big Shoutout to Kiowa Hills Rehab thank you so much and I never received a better experience!

This place worse than HORRIBLE!!! Very small portions for "meals", rarely any snacks, small cubes of cake, rarely any fruit. Long wait times after call button is pushed. Forcing long wait times sitting after having a bowel movement. Inmates in the Gulag had it better than here!!! Why have a meal plan. It was supposed to be turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy and vegetables. Instead it was cold pizza a a small cube of cake what a pitiful joint.

They don't have the resources or skills to care for the residents that are already here and their only focus is bringing in more residents. The automatic doors are broken so good luck getting in or out on your own if you're in a wheel chair or a walker. The food is burnt and nasty . If you have options DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!!

The entire staff was so friendly & helpful with everything. I could really feel the energy and culture radiating through each of the staff members I encountered. They are truly what sealed the deal for me having such a great experience during my visit. 10 STARS!

If it wasn't for 1 new person here that actually tried help, I'd give it 0 stars! My father has been here for a little over a month. Every person I talk to gave me contradicting Information. Jamie had me on hold as she said she had someone in the office, put me on hold for 10min then hung up the phone. Called back multiple times to be told she left the office for the day. They refused to let my father go to his primary doctor that he had an appt with who he had seen a couple times since being there. They refused to let him go to the store with a friend. I called to speak to a manager or someone higher up and they placed me on hold for over 20 minutes. If you care about your loved one, definitely don't have them go here. My father said he feels like he's in jail and he'd rather be dead than be here so if that tells you anything about this place
