My friend has raved for a long time about how well Raya's is caring for his grandmother. Their service and the 24/7 care they have for all the residents is heartwarming to witness. I've visited and have seen the investment into the high-tech equipment inside the building specifically for helping the residents. It honestly should be the standard across assisted living facilities. The staff really understand everyone's needs. The environment doesn't feel like what you typically think of at this type of place. I've been to other facilities where my relatives have stayed and they weren't cared for, the buildings were old/worn down, and there was a musty smell...but Raya's was made with love and that really shines through. Raya's Paradise feels like a 5 star hotel.

My mother was a resident at Raya’s Paradise in San Clemente, and our family couldn’t have been happier with the care she received. The caregivers were truly wonderful—kind, compassionate, attentive. The engagement team did an amazing job keeping everyone active and involved. Kelly is awesome. My mom loved fun outings, beach trips, movie nights, games, and a variety of activities that gave her something to look forward to every day. It created such a warm, joyful atmosphere. She especially loved relaxing on the beautiful patio with its stunning views, and she always looked forward to the delicious, home-style meals. It’s clear that everyone at Raya’s Paradise genuinely cares about the residents and works hard to make them feel safe, comfortable, and happy. Our family is incredibly grateful for the love and support they provided. We loved attending family events. We highly recommend Raya’s Paradise to anyone looking for a caring and engaging assisted living community.

If I could give zero stars I 100% would. Raya started out as a great place for my grandmother who was in their memory care unit. In the beginning they had my grandmother eating meals by herself in her room with no help and ate with her fingers. They neglected my grandmother who was blind and practically deaf and was bound to her bed to fend for herself sometimes during meals and if she was in pain they sometimes wouldn’t believe her and would let her yell in pain for at least an hour. She also got her engagement ring ripped off her finger which was painful because her fingers were bent due to arthritis. They took no accountability and ignored my family when we tried to have an investigation. Do better.

What a beautiful and warm place! Both literally and figuratively! The building is unique and inviting! The staff and carefivers are top notch! San Clemente location has incredible roof-top view of the ocean. During the summer months they do events for the residents and their families. Dining room offers high end chef-prepared meals with equally high end service. They often host professional musicians and other entertainers. All in all, it is a true five-star experience for your loved ones!

An exceptional five star care facility in every way! My mother has enjoyed living here for three years. It is absolutely beautiful and boasts ocean views. The Spanish style building is gorgeously appointed, inviting, and meticulously maintained. The staff are phenomenal and have become like extended family. You won't meet warmer more caring personnel. The food is delicious and the parties and entertainment are so much fun! There are even roof top bar-b-ques and patios with ocean views. I love visiting my mom, she is so happy at Raya's Paradise.
