We're getting no where, 1st they withheld valuable information the information relating to the cost of staying for 1 year until Medicaid kicks in which is $48000 which when they found out she couldn't pay was abruptly removed and the roughly 2weeks out of the program then hospice treatment was removed and they said my mother ( who is the widow of a veteran.) all in all I don't like it, rain tree could have worked with her and waived the 1st year stay until Medicaid kicks in and took over) but It truly seems like a $$$$ grab from my perspective and once finance ran out it seems all ties were cut with rain tree. So call me a 🍠for believing that these people truly cared about her well being

Thank you TIny for your biased and uninformed review. Your mother was absolutely fully aware of the cost of assisted living up front when she signed her initial contract and the verbal conversations she and I had on more than 1 occasion ensures she was aware and agreed to the cost before she ever moved in. I'm sorry if your communication with your mother is lacking but that really feels like more of a family issue rather than a Raintree issue. While we deeply care for each of our residents, we are, in fact, a business and I am personally charged with the facilities overall operations. While caring for each of our residents is our top priority, I also need to ensure our business is able to continue to operate and allowing individuals who have chosen not to pay the agreed upon monthly rent is not a feasible long term business model. I wish you all the luck in finding a home for your mother that will let her stay for free. I would also like to point out that we do not manage or set Medicaids financial guidelines nor do we have any affiliation with the hospice company that discharged your mother, as they also have their own guidelines they follow when caring for their patients. We wish you all the luck as we truly did enjoy your mothers brief stay with us and care for her

Raintree assisted living took great care of my mother while she lived there. Staff was super friendly and attentive to all her needs. The building is well kept and looks brand new, definitely recommend if you’re looking for a loved in need of assisted living!
