From the owners to the caregivers to the kitchen staff, everyone at Quality Care knew my Dad. More importantly, they cared about my Dad. He told us often he liked living there. If we had to go back in time, we would without a doubt choose Quality Care again.

The place was spotless and free of the geriatric smell one tends to find at senior care facilities. The staff was attentive and caring from top to bottom.

We have a dear friend that needed assistance. We chose Quality Care. It is a beautiful place; light and airy, and smells wonderful! The owner is hands-on and the staff is amazing. They take really good care of our friend, he likes being here. The staff treats him respectfully and sometimes with humor when the need arises; especially when the dementia kicks in. They also keep you attuned to behaviors that need attention. We are very pleased with Quality Care of Howell.

My Mom was a resident at Quality Care for 1 1/2 yrs and I could not ask for a better place. The facility is immaculately clean,staff is friendly and helpful with anything they need. If you have a family member that requires this type of care I would highly recommend Quality Care of Howell.

I researched available assisted living facilities in Livingston and Washtenaw Counties for my Mom and Dad. Quality Care of Howell was at the top of this list. And my experience over the last several months has been nothing short of excellence. The staff is caring and responsive. The turnover of the staff is very low. I feel they take care of my parents like family. The leadership team is actively involved. The facility is well designed and very clean. There is no better place for my parents.
