Watermark at Oro Valley has a wonderful team that is extremely helpful when you have a transition into assisted living. Jim and Marisa helped us along the way to make this the fastest and easiest way on this new adventure. JIm was accommodating in helping us with the correct furniture and Marisa explains all the paperwork needed (that is very confusing). Thank you for all your assistance.

Poor Ethics and Morals My experience with this company has been overwhelmingly negative, primarily due to its lack of ethical standards and questionable morals. Throughout my interaction, I observed practices that demonstrated a clear disregard for honesty, transparency, and respect for both employees and residents. New Management often prioritized profit over people, leading to decisions that compromised staff well-being and ignored resident concerns. There was little accountability for unethical behavior, and complaints were routinely dismissed or overlooked. The executive director position has been changed 3 times in just over 12 months, as well as the Sales Director position, demonstrating a clear lack of leadership and direction. In summary, I would not recommend this company to anyone who values integrity and ethical conduct. Nor would I recommend placing your loved one in their care. There are better options available that treat people with the respect they deserve.

My experience here has been very enjoyable and rewarding. The care givers are kind, attentive, and caring. The residents are friendly and welcoming. There are very nice outings and shopping days. Also fun activities and entertainment.

I am extremely pleased with the Watermark facility and staff. The entry looks like the lobby of an upscale hotel. Staff are well trained, kind, and show great respect to the residents. The dining room lends a nice atmosphere to eating meals. There seems to be an abundance of daily activities for those who are interested. Overall, this was a good choice for my husband.
