QUAIL PARK AT SHANNON RANCH

Staff are awesome all the people are kind and courteous and very responsive and helpful to the residents.

My grandmother has been living at Quail Park Shannon Ranch for about 7 months and were so grateful to have her close to us now. I am the main contact for her care, so I have been able to get to know some of the staff. Amanda Chairez has been a huge blessing to my grandmother and myself. She is so caring and attentive and makes sure that the residents all have a voice. When I am there visiting my grandmother, I see Amanda around and she always make sure that everything is taken care of and if it's not, she promptly contacts someone who can make it happen. She makes sure to stay in touch to give the assurance that my grandmother is safe and happy. We are SO grateful to have her at Quail Park. The med techs have also been a wonderful blessing, specifically Beka and Olivia. They're so patient, kind and extremely caring. I was very nervous to have other people caring for my grandmother and was uneasy about having her in an assisted living facility, but nearly all of the staff members have been nothing short of amazing. They're so friendly while walking through the halls and always greet my grandmother with a smile. I am eternally grateful to these people who have shown unconditional kindness, even when I'm not around. Thank you!

My dad has lived in this place for over a year now . The elevator never works on one side of the building! The place always has an excuse why it can’t be fixed or it’s dirty in the hallways and stairs. My dad and pay over $5000 a month for a studio apartment. They clean his room once a week and clean his clothes but don’t fold them or put the clothes away. He has fallen in the stairs and no one can see him or hear him in the staircase! No cameras or anything. God forbid this place has a fire because everyone on the second and third floors would be dead!!! Now Jan 2026 they are going to raise his rent to over $6000 a month! So if you are thinking about putting your loved ones in this place don’t waste your time! They act like they care . But they really don’t! Don’t get impressed by the looks of this place when you walk in. Because looks don’t matter if they aren’t safe and taken care of!!!

Everyone was cheerful & happy there, & very friendly, helpful. I can't say enough about Quail Park @ Shannon Ranch. I would highly recommend the place to anyone. Employees are just as pleased & that says everything.

Beautiful facility, caring, thoughtful and professional staff, fantastic dining options and just good people - all this and more. We are so glad Mom chose Quail Park at Shannon Ranch as her new home, and it gives us great peace of mind to know she’s safe and having a blast.
