Psalm 23 is a 6 bed residential home that is run by Irma, a caring owner both competent and effective. The home is clean, cute, and has a sunny back yard with roses. We could not ask for a better staff, charming, loving, educated and highly professional. We feel safe here because Josie is so careful and alert to client needs . She is always one step ahead.
