Prosperity Pointe

Stole thousands from my grandmother thinking she didn’t have family while abusing her. Then when we tried to remove her from the facility they claimed she was 3 months behind on rent, which was false. To this day they are still holding her personal belongings such as clothes and etc. because all of her jewelry was already STOLEN by the workers. I wouldn’t bring my worst enemy here! Everyone’s license should be took. Definition of HELL ON EARTH!!!!

My grandmother was told this place was so great haha she is now living 8n a hotel after only being there 3 weeks,, they are trash.... the workers are trash,,, abusive to patient and verbally abusive to patients family,,,,, they cancel doctors appointments when there supposed to take them, , they take there money for outings that they never go on. PURE TRASH 🗑

My Mom and I wish we had found this place first in our search to place my Dad in a care facility. He has a private room at a very reasonable price. No hidden charges or added fees. Laundry and med preparation included. Thoughtful and mindful activities director -- helps Dad to be more social and to participate in the many activities she offers. Kelly and Madison are always available to answer questions or address problems (of which there are very few). Duke and his staff do an excellent job maintaining the facility. All staff demonstrates a loving, caring attitude. Couldn't ask for more. Very happy. Thank you, Prosperity Pointe!

My mom lived here for several months. We loved our experience. The staff was wonderful and mom made many friends she still keeps up with. We were very blessed to find this place and I would recommend it to anyone for a second home for their loved one.

I feel so blessed to have found Prosperity Pointe. After my mom has been there a year, I am just as pleased now as I was when she first arrived. It is a very special place...small enough to get lots of personal, loving attention, but large enough to have plenty of things to do. My mom loves the staff (as do I), the food, and the activities...especially corn hole, bingo and balloon volleyball 😊. The activities director is awesome. The staff is the best!
