I wish I could give it no stars. I have family of friends who live here who always complain about this place. Some have pulled their family out and from what I hear, many more are leaving because this place is severely under staffed and neglectful. There's never any administration around when you need to talk to them and when they are, they never have an answer. There's such a huge turnover in staff. The one lady that I always look forward to is the weekend desk lady, I think her name is Courtney. She goes out of her way to help. I can tell she cares for the residents and I give her 5+ stars
