Primrose has a warm and inviting feel. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is beautiful and clean. I’ve attended many events with my son and we’ve both had a fun and rewarding time. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for assisted living.

Primrose has been such a blessing! Mom was getting so lonely living alone after dad’s passing and she has found many new friends and is becoming more herself. The experience of moving was easier thanks we anticipated thanks to the amazing staff. They are all friendly and supportive. Not only of Mom and her needs but also of our entire family!

I would like to thank all of the staff at Primrose Retirement Community of Midland. Recently, both of my parents were in the hospital at the same time, on different floors. My husband also had hip surgery and was in the hospital at the same time. While navigating this perfect storm, the staff at Primrose was nothing but amazing. My dad was released first, and the staff took excellent care of him while the rest of us were at the hospital. My mom and husband were discharged from the hospital on the same day, and Primrose staff came to pick my mom up so that I could get my husband home. The Director of Primrose and the RN at Primrose visited both of my parents ... on their day off. We could not have managed the last few weeks without the support and extra care that ALL the staff at Primrose provided to my parents. The staff works so hard and I could not be happier with the love and support that has been given to my parents.
