The staff at Primrose was wonderful to our mother. They were caring and patient. As she progressed to hospice care and her needs increased, the staff communicated well with family and hospice. We were very happy with her care and would highly recommend Primrose.

My Mother loved all the Staff at the Memory Care unit. They were very attentive to her needs. From getting nails polished, her hair done, hand lotion, and sitting with her at lunch. We appreciate the care she was given. We would love to see even more of this with additional staff to devote more time to our loved ones.

I recently moved an elderly parent to this facility. The staff is very caring and attentive. There are many activities the residents are able to participate in - baking cookies and other sweets is one of the favorites so far.

The building is beautiful. The concept of resident "bedrooms" surrounding common living space is excellent. A resident's individual room may be somewhat small, but all the community space is wonderful. Knowing the staff is specifically trained for the needs of the residents makes a family feel at ease after a loved one moves there.
