PRIMAVERA GARDENS

I visited many facilities and Primavera was the only one that felt right. It is a smaller facility, which feels like a home away from home. My dad spent only 3 short weeks at Primavera Gardens but he was genuinely cared for by Lisa and Staff. I am forever grateful to them for helping us through such a difficult time in our lives.

I would HIGHLY recommend Primavera Gardens for anyone looking for an assisted living facility! Lisa and the entire team there are amazing and SO caring. We moved our grandmother to Primavera about 1.5 years ago, and the team has supported her so well during her time there. Lisa and the team make the residents so comfortable, plan fun activities for holidays and during the week, and keep in constant communication with the families about how the residents are doing.

Our mother was hospitalized in Dec of 2023 and was no longer able to live independently. A family friend recommended Primavera Gardens and my sister and I met with the care director Lisa. We were impressed with the clean facility, small, personal environment but most importantly with Lisa. Her dedication to the residents was evident that day and still is 15 months later. She works closely with the staff, home health care nurses, doctors and hospice team to make sure our mom is cared for and ensures issues are not overlooked. She is in close contact with the family and always replies to texts/calls. She has activities for the residents including this past Christmas a “sing along” with residents and families celebrating the holidays. The staff is wonderful too. They are caring and always pleasant. Finding a place for our mom was extremely stressful but we are so thankful we found Primavera Gardens that our mom is happy, friends with other residents and the staff and we know she is well cared for. It was definitely the right decision, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to care for a loved one.

Our Mom was a resident of Primavera Gardens for three years. The staff was so wonderful to her everyday that she was there. Lisa is a phenomenal manager, and she makes sure everything is done correctly and that the residents are happy and well taken care of. The staff was always so good to Mom. They made sure she was bathed, fed and looked after as if she were their grandmother. The facility is clean, Adrian does a great job preparing the food and making sure everybody is happy at mealtimes. The outdoor area is a pleasant place to visit and enjoy the sunshine. Mike has really done a nice job on the outside of the building with new doors, paint and nice landscaping. We would recommend Primavera Gardens to anyone looking for a clean, safe and friendly facility for their loved ones.

We are so thrilled with the care our loved one receives at Primavera Gardens. The staff is super friendly and the director goes above and beyond every day to do all she can for the residents. She has been an incredible advocate for our grandmother and helped us navigate getting her the care she needs. She also does fun activities, decorates, and creates moments to bring the residents joy. The whole staff brings their hearts to the job and treats the residents with love and care. Finding quality assisted living can be really challenging, and we are so glad to have found them! We would certainly recommend them to others looking for care for a loved one.
