Preston Place 2 is simply the best! The staff brings the perfect combination of professionalism, understanding, knowledge, and sincere loving to all their residents. The facilities are excellent, comfortable, and just right for the residents’ needs. We are forever thankful for their loving care of my Mom. PP2 was such a blessing to our family. 💜

My father has been a resident for several years at Preston Place II since being diagnosed with Alzheimer's . The staff is very knowledgeable and caring. They work constantly to have activities and special events for the residents. The meals are very good and nutritious, and overall the nursing staff is excellent. We feel grateful there is such a facility in Kingsport. We always feel welcome spending time there and are very pleased with his care.

I’m so thankful that we found Preston Place ll for mom! She has made friends with the residents and staff and has made it her home.

Finding a new home for my mother as she declined mentally was very difficult. What we have experienced in the two and a half years she has been at PP2 has been exactly what we need. In a facility where memory loss and de line is the common denominator, mom has found friends, joins in daily activities, is content with this being ‘home’. Staff is communicative and always helpful, this is paramount since I am not local. I recommend this facility anyone who is looking for a safe, caring place for someone they love.
