Prairie Lakes Health Campus

They have really gone down hill fast. We have been patient due to covid but they are really taking advantage of that. They have done little to address how short staffed they are. They refuse to acknowledge they may have to keep up with fast food workers pay to get some people on board. They have contracted with the worst doctor imaginable when it comes to communication and response time. He will not communicate even with specialist doctors who try to connect him. They are so short on nurses they have people making decisions that are unqualified to do so. In general if this is what we saw when looking for a place, we most certainly not have chosen Prairie Lakes. I am positive some of the 5 star reviews that are here are from employees.

I am trying to find out who is in charge at Prairie Lakes and keep getting contradictory information. Angie Voigt told me and my sister she was the ED. Of course, she is out now with COVID. Rita told me Stacey was ED. And Stacey says Kristen is in charge. Pass the blame is the name of their game.

If you don't mind not having food this is a great place to be. I have beenhereseveral weeks and they have not brought lunch and or diner at least six times. Not to mention sometimes you order food and they bring you whatever they feel like bringing you. I have let them know I don't eat peas or carrots I get them about 3 times a week. The back of my menu sheet says no less of carrots. Rediculious.

Does anyone actually work in the business office ive spoken to rita once and every time i try to call to discuss something about a bill or anything nobody answers the phone why is it every other department can answer calls and return calls but the business office cant manage it
