The Pointe is a sophisticated, elegant and stunning assisted living and Memory Care community, hidden on the top of the eastside of Bakersfield. The staff is always very welcoming and attentive. When you see the residents they are all very happy. They all hold a sense of pride where they live which says a lot. You will be amazed by the the food presentation as well as the taste. If you are looking for a well oiled machine then you have come to the right place. From all the events they throw to the conversations you can have with the residents and staff this Assisted living and Memory Care Community is top notch. If you are looking for a loved one or yourself, do yourself a favor and check out The Pointe At Summit Hills. You will not be disappointed.

I can't possibly put in to words how wonderful the staff and facilities are at The Pointe. It is a warm, caring group of people that assist seniors to live as independently as possible - with dignity. They have a variety of accommodations - Plenty of space and amenities. Lots of activities to keep active and a community of residents that truly care about each other. They are excellent communicators and do everything in their power to make sure that the residents AND their loved ones are considered and cared for. It has a real residential feel - carpet, elegant furnishings and finishes. While their medical staff does an amazing job of staying on top of the health issues - it does not have the Medical/Nursing facility vibe that is the norm with senior living. After touring several in town - this was by far my first choice. So happy there was availability.

The staff truly goes above and beyond for their residents. They make sure everything is taken care of, not just the big things, but even the small details in between. Their compassion, attentiveness, and dedication really show in the happiness and well-being of the residents. It’s clear they genuinely care, and it makes such a positive difference. I would highly recommend this assisted living community to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be well cared for.
