Some of the staff are wonderful and need a shout out. I am helping my mom through her ordeal. I know she is depressed and waiting to released and go home. The Staff in the restaurant are truly wonderful. They accommodate my requests and needs for my mom. The Staff at the desk are kind and very helpful. They do need to address issues such as reminding people to sign in. The room could be a little more accommodating for visitors such as a small table for them to use if they have a drink or a meal with the patient. Closet and small dresser, if you want to call it that, is accommodating due to short term stay. The care provider for my mom in the mooring is the most wonderful caring, giving nurse/caregiver my mom could be blessed with. The issue I do not like they have an info board that is empty. No time, no name of any personnel, just blank. It should have the date, the time of PT, the nurse or case manager and the doctor. No info is given. This is unacceptable. I have seen the "I don't care" attitude in a PT which is unacceptable. I know being a caregiver even a PT can be draining but you are taught differently when you do become a PT or nurse. You have the best, good and those who should step back from their field if they can't handle people's emotions or understand them. Stay healthy and have a support system. Don't rely on those who can't be understanding or caring. Don't trust anyone. I have seen worse. 3 stars due to more improvement is necessary.

Plymouth Harbor is a truly exceptional senior living community. Every time I’ve visited, I’ve been impressed by how warm and welcoming the environment is. It is clear that the staff genuinely care about the residents. The views of Sarasota Bay are absolutely stunning, and the common areas are beautifully maintained. The food is also a standout, fresh, well-prepared, and served in a setting that feels more like a resort than a retirement community. This is a place that combines thoughtful care with an unmatched location. It is no surprise that so many people choose to call Plymouth Harbor home!

The night nurse was very nasty to me regarding my night medications. I have had no luck getting a schedule for my evening/night meds and tonight she was VERY mean. I am having to relearn how to walk and can’t be treated like this for however long it takes me to get back on my feet. Anyone else have this problem. Most of the workers are wonderful but this one not so much

This place has a beautiful location otherwise it is on a par with any other rehab facility I’ve seen. It is 5 star Medicare rated. Somebody will have to explain that to me. Pic is of chest of drawers in room. Our local charity wouldn’t accept it.
