The amount of reports filed with the State of Michigan that have been investigated and found to be valid is unbelievable. How is this place even open?

If you can't keep the smell out of the homes your not cleaning the resident's correctly.

Very restraining staff and only two bathrooms, which I think is unacceptable, why did my gard send me here??!

I really liked the manager of this facility, she is very caring and forthcoming with anything about my friend that I am overseer of. Though she was not there for more than a month, when she was there she seemed happy. I was not allowed inside as the pandemic made that impossible. What I did see and heard from my friend, definitely would recommend this facility.

When I could not even walk in the home due to goat fecal I have a problem. Going through the door was a nightmare!!! I feel so sorry for the residents of this home. The aide Erica was very rude. The HOM bathaide had no compassion for the patient. I am an aide , have owned my own AFC home and the cleanliness, the atmosphere, is unacceptable.
