I am so very impressed with the staff and community that Pine Village is. It’s a beautiful community with compassionate, caring staff members who work together as a team to bring joy and community to all who live and work there. Each person is treated with respect, dignity, and care planning that is individualized to meet each persons needs.

My grandma was here after her stroke and I was so impressed. The staff was so caring and did everything perfect! The nurses were very aware and a perfect advocate for my loved one. Would highly recommend this place!

If I could give less stars I would. All these 4 &5 star ratings must all be all the employees or their family members trying to help their advertising. This place did not help my loved one at all! They fluffed his medication and was giving way too much! One night his air mattress was completely deflated-they told him he had to get out of bed in order for them to fix it. He didn’t want to get up so they put some pillows and blankets under him while he laid on the metal bed!!! All that was wrong with the mattress was it was unplugged!!!! Also, one of the nurses refused to check his blood sugar cause there was no order from the Dr but he was/is a diabetic and they were giving medication to lower his blood sugar. A family member had to go home and get his monitor to make sure he was okay. There are some good nurses that work there but too many that should NOT be employed as a caregiver!! There is more I could tell you of why you should NOT take your loved one to this place but what I have shared should be enough
