Has to be the nicest place I've been to. Staff is knowledgeable and kind to all residents. Management goes overboard to help traverse the maze called "Medicare." I've not had a similar experience anywhere else around Henderson -- not Kilgore not Tyler. I actually found Pine Lodge to be quite reasonably priced for the amount of care and attention given clients. If you're looking for a family oriented place for your loved one, Pine Lodge fits the bill.
