Pine Haven Christian Communities has served Sheboygan County seniors since 1950 across three campuses in Sheboygan Falls and Oostburg, offering independent living, supported independent living, assisted living, memory care, therapy services, respite care, hospice, and palliative care. A Christ-centered, locally-governed senior living facility representing 17 local churches, Pine Haven has been voted Best Assisted Living Facility by Best of Sheboygan County for 11 consecutive years.
