My father left here last week, it was a terrible place for him after heart surgery. The staff is completely unavailable at night and left my father sitting in his vomit from 2am to 7am. Both him and his roomate screamed for help and pressed the call light multiple times as my father had 5 bouts of vomiting. He was transferred to the emergency room with bilateral pleural effusions and has since aspirated and is on a ventilator. He said over and over that Piedmont gardens was hell and that he would do anything to avoid going back to that place.

Response from the owner

Hi Santhosh, all of us at Piedmont Gardens are committed to making sure each resident is properly supported in a dignified manner. We take this feedback very seriously, and we're glad we were able to connect with you directly to discuss this experience. Please don't hesitate to reach out again if there's anything further we can do.

I enjoy living at Piedmont Gardens, and feel like part of a caring and lively community. The staff are excellent - carring and hepful. The other residents are interesting and fun. The neighborhood is lively and attractive, and there is always more than enough to do.
