The Phoenix at Lake Lanier

I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful care and support my mom receives at the Phoenix . The staff are compassionate, attentive, and truly treat residents like family. They go above and beyond to ensure her comfort, safety, and happiness every day. From the management to the caregivers to the dining staff to the housekeeping to the front desk….they are all amazing! Knowing that my mom is in such a caring and supportive environment gives our family great peace of mind. Thank you for the dedication, kindness, and professionalism you show. I highly recommend the Phoenix to anyone looking for a loving and trustworthy place for their loved one.

Great food great fun great people. These three things are truly what has encompass my experience with the Phoenix of Lake Lanier. Truly, the staff always going out of their way to make my experience feel like home. A special thanks to Ashley W and Teola for always being there to provide extra care, support, and most especially, smiles.

As a hospice provider, I am in this community at least weekly. You can always tell quality of care by how the residents interact when you walk into a community. The residents at the Phoenix of lake Lanier are always smiling, busy with activities or social outings, and just generally joyful! Ashley makes sure that everyone from residents, to families, 3rd party providers, and staff, have a positive experience every day! She wears many hats but strives for excellence in all she does! The Pearl community (memory care) is also vibrant and active. Many memory care communities are forgotten, but not this one! There’s always something engaging for the residents going on, and the staff knows each one personally and are incredibly attentive to their needs. I love spending time with all of the residents during activities and events, and the staff always greets me with a smile! The building is beautiful and well kept, and there are so many amenities! I would feel 100% confident in bringing a loved one here!

Love the care provided here and the attention to details and even concerns that are brought forward. Ashley is fantastic and always makes sure residents have the best care.
