When my dad had to go to the ICU, I was left with searching for care for my mom. After exhausting services from the hospital who wouldn't take my mom because she has a wheelchair, I was referred to Placita In Home Care. This was all after normal business hours for all organizations, and Jen from Placita responded, and got me going on a schedule to ensure that my mom would be well taken care of. She answered all of my questions, and really took the time to understand the best way to support my family and my mother during this difficult time. I was extremely impressed with how the in home care personnel helped my mom retain her individuality, helped cook meals for her, and helper her maintain her on autonomy. Placita in home care is a great agency. They are very responsive and prompt to set up services in your home for your loved ones. I called Placita many times to put care in place for some of my residents here at Broadway Proper and it has went well and smooth. April the RN is great at doing what she does and she is very caring , and she also has great communication skills to communicate with families.
