Under the professional leadership of Executive Director Chardae, Health Director Alicia, Sales Director Pam and Resident Care Director Joyce, you can feel confident and at ease working with them and their team. They'll develop and execute a customized care plan for your family member's greatest health, well-being, and quality of life. Questions and concerns are addressed promptly along with requests for care plan changes. We greatly appreciate the entire team's responsiveness. Activities are abundant and offer options for varying physical and mental abilities. Activities Manager Leslie graciously leads these with enthusiasm and makes all feel welcome and included. It was easy to select American Orchards out of several other facilities toured, including residential homes.

Laat fall we were needing to move a family member to Az on short notice. After meeting with Pam, touring the cottage and meeting staff we felt welcome and like American Orchards would be a great home for him. The staff has been responsive to requests, the facility is kept clean, daily meals are provided and we'll received. The location is convenient to shopping and medical appointments. We are fortunate to have found American Orchards!

Working in the nonprofit sector, I have been reaching out to senior care and assisted living facilities for six months in the greater Phoenix area. I reached out to American Orchard and within minutes got in touch with Leslie Martinez with the Life Enrichment Department. As a nonprofit that likes to give back to the community, Leslie and I thought up a couple of ways for us to give back to the residents. This included having a food truck come serve delicious meals for the staff and residents, as well as having Santa Claus come visit for the holidays. Working with Leslie has made these events easy to coordinate and a ton of fun! It brings such joy to the residents as well as the staff. I highly recommend looking into American Orchard!

This place is totally amazing my 89-year-old father and I had a wonderful turkey dinner with all the trimmings. We swayed our heads to the music live entertainment brought back lots of memories. We laughed, talked with other families and residence and felt like we were all one big family. We haven’t felt this in a long time. Around 2:30 my father was tired. I put him in his big stretch chair wheeled him into the private courtyard area, where he slept under the shade of the trees with green grass all around him I took his picture. It is a keepsake! Thank you, American Orchard for a lovely memory and a great day. I highly recommend this place.

Moving our loved one from their home into assisted living was a difficult and heartbreaking decision. However, American Orchards has turned out to be a wonderful new home for our parent. The facility is clean, modern, provides excellent nursing care and lots of engaging activities for residents. Best of all are the staff at American Orchards. They are caring, patient, professional and among the most empathetic people one could ever hope to have care for a loved one. They have given my family peace of mind knowing our parent is safe and well cared for.
