Patriot Living of Yadkinville

This place should be condemned, staff is horrible and uneducated and I wouldn’t leave my dog there

I would have rated a negative start if one was available, called to check on someone Heather was extremely rude would never put a loved one in that facility.

Today I visited with a relative who has been placed in this facility. I was disgusted. The place was filthy everywhere and the visitation area reeked of urine. We went outside. I would not put a DOG that I didn't like in this place.
