The staff at this facility is consistently rude and unprofessional. They rarely provide answers and seem disinclined to address questions or concerns. I have left at least three voicemails for the office manager but have not received a response. It's disappointing that an organization like this is so unreliable and unhelpful. Although they claim to prioritize support for those in need, their actions suggest otherwise. This agency is meant to coordinate care for vulnerable populations in our society, yet they seem indifferent to their well-being. I would not recommend their services.

Kelly is really unprofessional and rude if any one know how to get in touch with the owner please report to this post she treat clients and staff horrible I recorded her several times I just ask her questions about my mom health she get confrontational..this is not the field for her she has no compassion for human health I want her boss to hear these conversations

Very very unpleasant and unprofessional they treat the employees horrible ! The clients should be worried this place is not good at all run in the opposite direction .

Great place..friendly people that understands you listen to your needs and take good care of me with the up most respect..i have been with a few places but this is the best one...

I love this place they take good care of their clients. I can call and ask questions and get the answers that I need with no problems.
