Parsons House Assisted Living and Memory Care

We moved my 95 year old mother up here from FL. The transition was very smooth. Staff is so caring. She is treated with respect. The staff does not "go through the motions" but takes time to visit and encourage activities. Parsons House is beautiful and clean. It wasn't long before my mother referred to Parsons House as home sweet home. I am thrilled that my mother has adapted so well. And when I say staff I mean the dining room staff, front end, housekeeping as well as the caregivers and nursing staff. I visit often and love what I see!

The facility is clean, welcoming, and has a warm atmosphere that makes visiting comfortable for families as well. It’s clear many of the employees genuinely care about the people living there. Moving a loved one into assisted living is never easy, but Parsons House has helped make the transition much smoother and given our family peace of mind. Makes me wonder how they really treat the residents that spend thousands of dollars there a month if they are rude and condescending to the family of the residents that are aware and coherent. I would avoid the headache and look elsewhere!
