The best place on earth! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As soon as I visited Parkway Assisted Living, I knew it was the perfect place for my mom. Parkway is a beautiful, smaller facility with a lower number of residents and a wonderful caregiver-to-resident ratio. The entire place is very clean, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well cared for. The kitchen is exceptional—spotless and run by loving women who prepare delicious meals that my mom happily ate every day. Whenever I visited, I would find my mom participating in engaging activities. Residents also have free time to socialize or watch TV at their leisure. Parkway even has a lovely outdoor area where you can sit and visit with your loved one. The owners are a beautiful and caring family that made us feel right at home. And the caregivers… oh my!!! How can I possibly describe these women who truly love what they do? They love the residents, pamper them, chat with them, do their hair and nails, and keep them happy and clean. They are so much more than caregivers—they treat the residents like family. Angels on Earth! One evening I visited later than usual and found my mom already in bed, happily chatting with the youngest caregiver while she gently did my mom’s nails. What a sight—and what a comfort to witness that kind of genuine care. I’ve had previous experiences with a variety of “homes” for my mom, and Parkway is truly a dream come true. I only wish I had known about it years earlier. 🩵

I knew the moment I walked into Parkway Assisted Living; my dad was going to be loved and cared for during his last days. The owners and staff were absolutely amazing. I left every day knowing he was in great hands. Although my dad's stay was short, I truly felt like family.

I had the pleasure of visiting Parkway Assisted Living. It was the 4th facility I visited in San Antonio in the last year. The facility was impeccably clean and well-maintained and there were no foul odors like the ones I experienced at other facilities. The staff is very attentive and caring with their residents. It was obvious the owner, Sylvia, and her staff take the time to get to know each resident and their needs. They were courteous with myself and other visitors. The patients were in the middle of an activity playing bingo and enjoying a snack when I arrived. Another patient was celebrating with his entire family on the grounds and all were welcomed. I felt a sense of relief and trust from the moment I walked in. I highly recommend Parkway Assisted Living to anyone seeking a safe, loving, and supportive environment for their loved one.

Parkway is amazing. It’s a family-run establishment with beautiful grounds and large spacious rooms. Extremely clean and they attend to the residents often. I can’t say enough good things about the aides— they were so kind and loving to my Mom. This is a perfect choice if you’re looking for a place for your loved one.

I cannot say enough good things about Parkway. The facility is nice, clean, and spacious without being large. The owners, Sylvia and Jose, and the staff truly care about the residents and treat them with love and respect. In a short period of time, they got to know my sister very well and treated her incredibly well. They are patient and understanding. They went above and beyond to ensure my sister was comfortable and well-taken care of. We will be forever grateful. I would definitely recommend them to take care of your loved one.
