I would not recommend this facility. It should not be considered true assisted living based on my experience. The staffing was inconsistent and unreliable, making it difficult for residents to receive the care and assistance they needed. Communication was poor, and there never seemed to be enough dependable staff available. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will receive consistent, attentive care, I would encourage you to look elsewhere.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Parkview Estates, and I was truly impressed. The staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely care about the residents, which shows in the overall atmosphere of the community. The residents all seemed happy, engaged, and well cared for. There are so many activities available, giving residents plenty of opportunities to stay active and connected. The food was also a highlight—fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a welcoming front desk team—the woman at the front desk has a great smile and immediately makes you feel at home. It’s clear that Parkview Estates is a place where seniors truly enjoy living. Highly recommend!
