I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The instructor was highly knowledgeable, engaging, and created a supportive learning environment. The hands-on practice sessions were invaluable, and I feel much more confident in my ability to perform CPR if ever needed. The instructor and course is very informative and fun. The instructor, Ms. Parker, provides hands-on materials including but not limited to mannequins to apply skills, extra books to keep, and much more! Ms. Parker diligently participates in making sure students not only understand the material but are able to correctly demonstrate skills. There are lots of opportunities to ask questions. I recommend Parker’s Manor of Care for educational advancements to people of all career backgrounds. I encourage others to check it out, there is something helpful for everyone. Recently received my BLS certification at this Parker's Manor of Care Health Services training center and it was overall an 10/10 experience. The instructor was incredibly patient and regularly checked in with you in order to make sure you understood the content. This made it really easy to ask questions and not be scared to make a mistake, which made it easy and enjoyable to learn. You could tell that she genuinely wanted you to succeed, not only for yourself but also for the people you will eventually get to help. Could not recommend enough, by far one of the best BLS trainings I have had.

I took BLS/CPR with Parker’s Manor of Care Health Services for a school requirement to enter to my nursing program. I waited too long to take the class at school and I wouldn’t be in compliance with them if I waited. Parker’s Manor of Care fit me into her schedule immediately and she was super accommodating. The training was very informative and it was fun overall. She explained everything very well, and she’s such a good trainer that the 4 hours flew by. I highly recommended for all of your medical training needs.
