I chose Park Vista for many reasons and so happy I did. After living alone, it became apparent I needed socialization. I found this and so much more at Park Vista. The staff is caring and accommodating. I've met many new friends, and enjoy the many activities that are provided. It has meant so much to be and feel like I'm in a safe environment. I would recommend Park Vista to anyone looking for retirement living. I made the right choice.

Don’t let your loved ones move here. The staff perpetuate tension between residents. I’ve caught the staff lying to my parent. The manager admitted to it but the behavior was never addressed and continued to happen. This is a lack of integrity. If you can’t work with a variety of people you shouldn’t be in this profession. The staff arbitrarily decide which residents can attend outing and who can’t. It’s very isolating for some of the residents. It’s more like a popularity contest that the staff engage in, pitting residents against each other. Found a much better location that is more inviting, relaxing and significantly cheaper.

Disappointed! I bought my mom in to check it out and we were not impressed. We heard good things and the price seemed right. Super long halls will not work for my dad’s mobility.
