My father has been a resident of Park Village Pines for 5 and a half years. He has received excellent care, and enjoys participating in the many activities and devotions that are offered on a regular basis. It’s a loving, peaceful, and safe environment, and the staff treats the residents family.

I’m not impressed with PVP. My mom has been there for a short time and she’s had problems with her TV and phone connections as well. I find it incredibly scary that her neighbor asked for my brother’s phone number and called him and also playing “doctor “ and told needs to STOP because that kind of behavior is not dangerous and irresponsible. Also many gossips on other residents is very hurtful and I knew PVP was NOT the right place for my mom but with living out of town and they emphasized that they are “Christian based “ but don’t buy into that nonsense. Extremely pathetic service.

My friend has lived at Park Village Pines for nearly 5 years. She was first in assisted living and then moved to Crystal Woods which is a memory care unit. We have been pleased with the care she has received in both units. They keep the facility very clean. All staff are familiar with the residents. When taking my friend to the Cafe everyone says hello using her name. The activity department is outstanding! They have daily activities - except Sundays- and devotions everyday. They encourage the residents to participate and will come to their rooms to get them. Lots of music and the residents love it! Very caring facility! Mary B.

We are so thankful to have found the PVP community for my dad. From the moment we walked in for a tour we could see and feel that this community was different. The staff were welcoming, friendly, attentively caring for residents, and it was evident they loved what they were doing. Knowing my dad was going to be cared for, loved on, respected and supported gave us such peace. We are very satisfied with the care at PVP!

PVP has been a great place for our family members. The staff is so kind and caring!! Management walks the halls and know the resident's by name. This place has become like family! I so appreciate everyone at PVP.
