Bearskin
The staff were very patient and provided excellent care to my father who is 92 and presented with special needs. Those needs were addressed appropriately and he and I were kept up to date with his progress. The social worker Diane was amazing and kept the channels of communication at long distances and we are so grateful for her. Since this first post my father received a huge bill. He was a rehab pt and it should have been covered by Medicare. I have tried in vain to get an explanation of this bill. Every time I call I get answering machine and have left a multiple voicemail without response. This is unacceptable.
