The staff is compassionate, patient, and truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and cared for. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and feels like home the moment you walk in. Communication with families is excellent, and you can tell everyone here genuinely loves what they do. My loved one has received exceptional care, and I have complete peace of mind knowing they’re in such good hands. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment!

I would like to thank Ms. Janice Creasy for her help with my mother, who is a resident at Park Senior Villas. Janice was extremely courteous, accommodating, and patient. I cannot thank her enough for the priority that she gave the matter, not to mention, a genuine desire to be a problem solver. I'm indebted to Janice for her assistance with my mother and take comfort in knowing that Janice oversees this property.

My Mom has been with Park Senior Villas for almost three years and we are absolutely blessed. She is safe, well cared for, and in a tidy environment. We find the staff very pleasant and attentive. Moreover, the management has been beyond helpful with any questions. They have kept me abreast of any issues or changes with Mom, and have personally assumed the helm in the event of a concern. Janice, the Director, has reached out with solutions. This isn’t any easy undertaking, and we were new to this as well. Lots of questions, to say the least. We have been treated like part of the community since the first day, words cannot express that. This limited forum cannot begin to capture our appreciation. My mom has been at this assisted living for a year. My mom is my most precious. There are no visiting hours so you can show up whenever you want and that’s because they have nothing to hide. I’ve noticed a couple of one star reviews on here and it’s easy to see right through them. People create their own circumstances and then wanna blame everyone else. My mother is taken care of so well that I can sleep at night. I know that anything unusual going on with my mom will be immediately addressed. The staff there have their hearts and souls invested in their jobs or they’re no longer staffed there. I would highly recommend that you come see this place if you have a loved one that requires a level of care that you can no longer afford them. I know it’s the hardest decision a child can make for their parent, but I am finally now my mother‘s daughter instead of her caregiver, her medication distributor, her cook or Cleaner. Park Senior Villas gave me back my life and my mother has a whole new lease on life as a result of their wonderful care.

I own a company called Tucson Senior Placement and I work with families to help them locate appropriate senior living for themselves or their loved ones. I have placed at Park Senior Villas on Houghton for the past few years and it is one of THE BEST places in Tucson! Janice is the Executive Director, and she does a great job. She really runs a tight ship and employs a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have placed many families at this community and have had nothing but favorable reports. The setting is beautiful with view of the Catalina Mountains. The villas have a European feel and the rooms are quite spacious (12x15) and all have private bathrooms. This community is located in a quiet area off Speedway and Houghton just over the border of Tanque Verde. I would definitely recommend it and I do!
