Park Regency Retirement Center

Overall, have heard that care centers can be bad. However, Park Regency was always friendly from the beginning. Most everyone has been helpful and encouraging. I'd list the names of those who deserve a shout out, but afraid to miss anyone since there are many people who make this place run well from CNAa to nurses to rehab staff (who are fun to be around) . My mom's PA has a great bedside manner as well. The only thing that keeps me from rating a "5" is that like most facilities, there isn't always a quick reply to requests, or it depends on who you ask. That's part of large team dynamics. Unless you can hire 1:1 support, it's necessary to have realistic expectations. However mom has waited for over half hour at times and that's kind of long for a sick person. Also, there aren't a lot of public places to have visitors as the patio area is under construction. (Though if weather is bad, can't really use it?) The piano room in the entrance is very nice but too small to share with multiple groups. With the holidays approaching, this place was decorated beautifully from Dec 1st. It looks cheerful and inviting and visitors who have come said the place looks nice! So like anywhere, there are good and not so good aspects but overall, there is more good here than other places.

My mother is currently a patient at Park Regency Care Center. They have been great with my mother, especially Alejandra and Juan CNA!. They are Amazing!!!! I'd like to thank nurse Grace for everything she has done. Everyone here has been kind, and very considerate. Most of all, very helpful. I recommend anyone looking for rehabilitation to come to Park Regency Care Center. The whole staff have been great. My mother is grateful for everyone, a particular highlight for her was when LVN Eddison went above and beyond for her to be able to take her medicine at a time that she was having difficulty doing so. When mom was in the hospital, they had told me to go to a different facility, I requested if Park Regency is available, I wouldn't have to come inspect the facility because I trust them and sure enough...they were available. Ana and Veena from Rehab have had the determination to help my mother, we appreciate their efforts. Lastly, I admire the patience they exhibit with my mother.

I am very pleased with the care and service provided by Park Regency. The medications are always on time for my mom and the staff is always helping us very quickly. The labs and response to changes are done very efficiently and quickly. They contact me very fast in regard to my mom’s care even when I’m not there. They give her showers and warm meals that make her feel at home. From top to bottom all staff are a lot of help especially Justin, Shushu, Evelyn, JC, Roanne and all the CNAs. They even arranged transportation for mom when she had to go outside. They know how to address concerns during the care plan meetings and coordinate with our family so we are aware and satisfied.

As a nurse who has worked in nursing homes before, I was really impressed when I visited my grandma at Park Regency. The staff are friendly and genuinely care about the residents. The nurses especially go out of their way to help and you can see that they put in the effort to connect with everyone. The place has a bright and welcoming vibe which makes a difference. They offer a variety of activities like art classes and movie nights that keep the residents engaged. I feel good about the care my grandma is getting at Park Regency. It's a great choice for skilled nursing and l'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good place for their loved ones.

My mom is very happy at the Park Regency! The care givers are great, very helpful and kind. All staff have been wonderful. Chefs are excellent! Plenty of activities if Mom wants to participate. Her room is “luxurious “ (her own words)!
