All of the staff seem very unhappy to work there and seem like there working there for the money. My grandfather said there very lazy and childish.

Staff seems unhappy, especially the med techs. Lack of knowledge on patients choice and rights. and serena is very rude.

I'm worse than when I got here. Maintenance if your lucky. People are friendly. They don't want you to leave. Communication limted. I was bitter when I first had to come but since really getting involved, quite a nice place. The activities always keep my brain active or walking in the area and gym takes care of my physical needs. Place is always kept clean by an amazing staff. They are all always willing to help you in any way they can. Just come see for yourself.
